The Wapack Quality team writes procedures in accordance with the American Welding Society. We deliver products stamped by our in house Certified Welding Inspector. And as a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction, our products meet or exceed the standards set forth in the AISC Steel Construction Manual.

We work closely with Materials Testing Labs and 3rd Party Inspection agencies to ensure we deliver piping products in accordance with API and ASME. Our Pre-Fabricated components adhere to various Non-Destructive Tests, including X-Ray, Liquid Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic and Magnetic Particle Testing.

Mining and Aggregate equipment can be subject to the most abusive environments. Its not uncommon for us to perform full rebuilds and hard surfacing to maintain the service life of this equipment.

Prior to the formation of Wapack, we were involved with extensive tank and stack projects throughout North America. This type of construction can often involve welding dissimilar metals at a critical joint. In these cases, we will qualify a specific welding procedure specification.
